Coca tea for colds & flu

If you would like to make some coca tea for colds & flu and coca tea for corona virus (COVID 19), then you can either use whole leaves or coca tea powder and tea bags. You can either steep coca in hot (not boiling) water or you can use an AeroPress coffee and tea maker for a concentrated tea.

Coca tea for colds & flu

Coca tea then brews for 5-10 minutes.

What Healing Properties?

Coca tea is full of minerals and vitamins that help to revitalize and re-energize the body and mind. It also contains antioxidants. All the minerals and vitamins found in coca help to boost the immune system and protect people from colds and flu. Coca tea for colds & flu is very beneficial.

The nutrients, vitamins and alkaloids help the body to detox itself, thus removing any toxic viruses and bacteria. Chewing or drinking coca tea powder helps you instantly feel better when you are sick, have a sore throat and a runny nose. Coca constricts blood vessels, this makes it beneficial for people who suffer from blocked noses during a respiratory illness. This plant helps the user breath easier, feel better, gain more energy and detoxify quicker.

What Dose?

The dosage is different for all people, but we would recommend chewing a heaped teaspoon of coca tea powder with 2 or 3 pinches of sodium bicarbonate. This will activate coca tea and numb your mouth for a period of time. You can really feel coca work it’s healing magic when you are sick, this is because you feel normal again while coca is active in your system.

Coca tea corona virus (COVID 19) treatment may help you with breathing, energy and pain management.

We should also look at the Andean people in South America, to see and learn what they have been using to combat colds and flu.

Bolivia Using Herbs For Healing

Bolivians have traditionally used coca tea, eucalyptus and other native herbs to fight colds, flu and even the so called “corona virus”.

In fact, the senators approved the use of herbs to combat the colds and flu, this is officially.

“The clear message that we want to pass for the Bolivian people to consume the traditional medicine again because it boosts the immune system and prevents many diseases, especially corona virus,” said Deputy Minister for Traditional Medicine Felipe Quilla.

He chewed on some coca leaves while stating: “We have an immense array of medicinal plants of different ecological categories.”

Some doctors on the WHO payroll, off course doubted the use of natural medicine. But that is understandable. They have conflict of interest and want everyone to get treated with untested and unproven vaccines. Bill Gates and WHO are heavily promoting the corona virus vaccines world wide.

Nevertheless, most indigenous Bolivians have started relying more and more on the ancient medicinal plants of the Andes. These are the exact same plants that the Incas have been using.

Conclusion

Coca tea for colds & flu and coca tea corona virus will always play an important part in Peru and Bolivia. After all, coca has been helping people with headaches, migraines, high altitude sickness and arthritis. It treats nausea, joint and back pain, menstrual cramps and many more health conditions.

In fact, as long as I have been chewing coca tea powder on a regular basis, it worked. I have never been ill with a serious flu infection. This is very important given how much healing and medicinal power coca leaves hold.

To your health and success,

Alex

Chewing Coca Tea Best Way

Chewing Coca Tea Best Way

Chewing coca tea best way is it with iipta or sodium bicarbonate, chew coca leaves?

Many people are confused when it comes to finding the best and most pleasant alkaline substance to chew coca tea leaves and powder with.

Chewing Coca Tea Best Way

For thousands of years people in Peru and Bolivia have used iipta with coca leaves.

Best Alkaline Substance

Llipta or iipta is essentially a mixture of lime and burnt ash of quinoa, that helps to extract the natural coca alkaloids while chewing.  Llipta or iipta makes it more pleasant to chew coca leaves and it also actually activates the stimulating effects of the plant.

The lime is created by burning limestone which turns to un-slaked quicklime. Native South American Indians in Peru and Bolivia also burned quinoa and the tree bark from special trees. The combined mixture of lime and ash is referred to as ilipta or mambe. This was combined with coca leaves and coca tea powder which made chewing coca tea best way.

The taste is rather salty but it can also be sweetened with stevia which is another natural plant.  If you decide to chew coca leaf without llipta or sodium bicarbonate then you will not feel much of the effects.

How to Use The Plant

In reality, you don’t need to chew coca tea powder. Just hold it in your mouth, under your tongue or between the cheeks and let saliva do the work. After 5 minutes your mouth will go numb, this is coca working. If there is too much saliva, you can swallow some of it, just keep the powder in your mouth for at least 35-40 minutes. If you swallow the powder too soon, the effects will fade quicker. you can swallow the spend powder or spit it out. I personally swallow as there are many vitamins, minerals and enzymes beneficial for health inside coca leaves.

You can then re-dose by adding another heap of coca leaves. Also you can add a heaped teaspoon of coca tea powder mixed with sodium bicarbonate or llipta in your mouth. Over time, you will get more comfortable with ratios and how long to suck and chew on coca tea. Chew coca leaves the right and best way!

You can easily buy sodium bicarbonate at most shops and supermarkets. I tend to go for food grade bi carb soda. It’s the purest and cleanest form. I tell people not to use baking powder as it has many impurities like aluminium added. Sodium bicarbonate and baking powder are different.

Llipta Facts

If you want to try chewing coca tea best way with llipta or iipta, then you can create it yourself following the advice I already gave you or go to Peru or Bolivia. However, many locals there already use bi carb soda anyway as its  easier to find.

Llipta can also make your mouth go black and is more abrasive on your teeth and gums, whereas sodium bicarbonate is rather safe and good for your oral hygiene and health.

Sodium bicarbonate also makes your entire body more alkaline which wards off many infections and diseases.

To your health and success,

Alex

Running With The Devil

Running with the devil

So many of you have recently seen a new film called “Running With the Devil” starring Nicholas Cage and Laurence Fishburne.

Running with the devil

Running With the Devil

I personally think it was an interesting movie which exposes the dark and deadly side of the illegal cocaine trade.

Running With the Devil film shows how a small group of people deliver the drug cocaine from the farmer to nightclubs and bars in United States and Canada. Once the shipment reaches a new border and the drugs are exchanged, the price also goes up.

The Cocaine Industry Exposed

It normally begins like this. The farmer secretly grows coca leaves for harvesting and production of cocaine in Peru, Colombia or Bolivia. The coca plants can be harvested for leaves 4 times a year, every 3 months. Whereas coffee and other fruit bearing plants often give fruits once or twice a year. This is why coca is so much more profitable for the farmers high up in the Andean mountains.

Then the farmer will process the coca leaves to create an illicit coca paste. A lot of toxic chemicals are used during this process such as petrol, diesel, flesh burning acids, cement and more. I am personally shocked that some people still decide to consume cocaine after knowing how its made. Running With the Devil exposes the cocaine industry.

Due to its scarcity and high value, coca paste is often used instead of money in the local communities. The locals buy food, supplies and pay rent with coca paste.

Once the coca paste is ready, the farmer now needs to sell it to someone from a local cartel, the paste will be processed into powdered cocaine hydro chloride. The farmer can also do this process, it depends on their arrangement with the buyer, which is normally a powerful drug cartel.

You must know that the farmer makes a small fraction from the cocaine trade. In fact, coca farmers who sell their coca leaf to drug cartels only make around $1000 a year! Running With the Devil sets things straight.

Vote With Your Wallet

This is why we here at Coca Tea Express highly urge our readers not to support the cocaine trade and never consume cocaine. if you want to support the coca farmers, buy their coca tea powder instead. This way the money goes directly to the farmers, their families and local communities.

Vote with your wallet.

You are also not going to be poisoning the local Andean environment because production of cocaine destroys the natural habitats with the use of toxic chemicals.

But back to the Running With the Devil movie.

running-with-the-devil movie

The Coke Movie Plot

The story is based in South and North Americas. A DEA agent by the name of Leslie Bibb and in Colombia, we have Clifton Collins, Jr. who is a coca leaf farmer. In Vancouver, Canada, we have Barry Pepper who is “The Boss” of the whole cocaine importing empire.

Nicholas Cage and Laurence Fishburne star as two cocaine smugglers. They work for Pepper who is their boss. To cover his shady smuggling work, Cage runs a pizza restaurant. When his boss asks Cage to find out why their product is losing its purity and being cut with something else, he informs his puzzled wife that he needs to travel for work as “there are some administrative problems he needs to attend to.” Cage is a family man and relies on the drug trade to live a wealthy but normal, quiet lifestyle. Running With the Devil is an interesting movie to watch.

Drug Addiction

Laurence Fishburne, gets addicted to his own product and also develops an opiod addiction to heroin and it’s much scarier cousin, fentanyl.

Addicted to hard drugs, the actor develops an unhealthy appetite for deviant sex and masturbation as shown several times in the movie. Fishburne and his fellow degenerate drug smuggler (played by Adam Goldberg) play a huge part in the demise of the entire cocaine import operation.

The boss discovers that the final product has been seriously cut and adulterated with another substance. To fix this, he sends Nicholas Cage to investigate what is happening in Colombia, right from the coca leaf farm down to the final distributor in Canada.

Cage could have simply asked his partner in crime, Fishburne since he is the cause of the bad coke. To make matters worse for the cocaine importers, the DEA agent’s sister and brother-in-law die from an overdoses of Fishburne’s badly cut cocaine. She decides to make this investigation very personal.

My Verdict On Running With The Devil

Personally, I enjoyed watching Running With the Devil film. It tells the story of how a medicinal plant grown in the mountains of Colombia can become a toxic drug that can seriously harm.

When used as nature intended, coca leaf tea and powder can be an amazing medicine, but when processed into pure cocaine, it can seriously harm.

Running With the Devil is a must see for all.

Stay away from cocaine, and enjoy the health benefits of coca tea.

To your health and success,

Alex

Coca Tea Medicine

Coca Tea Medicine

Coca Tea Medicine

Many people are curious to know more about coca tea medicine, in other words, what kind of uses does coca tea leaves and powder have medicinally.

This article will explore in detail how you can use the coca plant as a powerful home medicine that is cheap and very effective and without nasty side effects linked to other drugs.

Gastrointestinal & Stomach Problems

In South America, to this day, traditional Indian tribes still coca tea leaves as a medical treatment for many aches and pains. Obviously, they also rely on coca tea as a natural stimulant and mood enhancer. In fact, coca leaves have always been regarded as the best medicine for upset stomach and other gastrointestinal problems. Coca leaf tea or chewing coca tea powder relieves bloating, stomach aches, headaches, nausea, indigestion and gut spasms.

Even further, coca tea is wonderful for stopping constipation and eliminating diarrhea. As a whole, coca tea medicine is a complete remedy for promoting a healthy digestive system, stomach and bowel function. You can also chew coca tea leaves and powder. It helps to promote gum health and strengthens tooth enamel. Coca chewing is also beneficial to heal various painful cuts inside the mouth such as oral sores and lesions.

Finally, if one suffers from a toothache, chewing coca leaf tea powder will stop and numb the pain. Different alkaloids, minerals and vitamins found naturally in coca leaves will also help to disinfect teeth and gums.

Stress & Environment

Another popular remedy that coca tea medicine is famous for is high altitude sickness relief. Because this plant provides a great boost of energy and improves breathing when air is thin, coca tea is regarded is a powerful medicine that’s worth as much as gold at high altitude. The locals in Peru and Bolivia have known this for over 3000 years. Coca tea consumption helps to combat hypoxia, cold conditions, colds and flu and stave off hunger and thirst. What is interesting to note is that some experiments were conducted in the early 1970s aimed to work out if coca leaf tea chewing was linked with feeling warmer.

The researchers discovered that the overall temperatures in hands and feet decreased in coca chewers in the Andes. The study concluded that this minor variation in temperature could help in lowering the overall amount of heat lost in extreme environments such as the Andes and other high mountains.

Stopping Hunger Pains

If you have ever chewed coca tea with sodium bicarbonate, then you will realize that the urge to eat and appetite itself, disappears for at least 2-3 hours. You simply do not want to eat while chewing coca. Scientists found out that coca has effects on glucose levels and it’s homeostasis. When a person chews coca leaf tea powder, their blood glucose levels are elevated above the usual fasting level found in non-chewers. This proves that coca leaf consumption acts directly on the metabolic function and is highly beneficial for people who have problems maintaining blood glucose homeostasis and diabetics. This further shows that coca tea plant is excellent for stopping hunger pains and promotes weight-loss.

High Altitude Sickness

As more and more scientists and doctors were intrigued by the coca plant in Peru and Bolivia, a demand grew to understand how exactly coca tea consumption helps the body. At high altitudes those who consume coca tea (drinking and chewing) report virtually no headaches and pain. Researchers were able to apply ethnographic and physiologic analysis to find out exactly how coca was able to help those who used it in the Andes to relieve aches and pains. After conducting a large number of interviews, it was demonstrated that the use of coca chewing goes up significantly with coca chewers who live and work high up in the mountains. The higher they go, the more coca tea powder and leaves they chew.

This verdict extends to women and other groups, who normally do not consume as much coca as Quechua and other natives who live high up in the Andes.

Other research showed that it was not just the cold climate and high mountains that persuaded people to eat and drink more coca tea. In Peru and Bolivia, men who work in the mines often chew up to 50 grams of coca tea per day. Mines are not located high in the Andes and do not normally have freezing temperatures.

Another discovery was made when it was realized that coca tea use can eliminate the dreaded and harmful effects of hypoxia (a condition where body tissue is starved of oxygen at the cell level). Red blood cell levels are highly increased during hypoxia. The blood becomes viscous and researchers link this with the high altitude sickness and it’s side effects. It was proposed that the natural alkaloids found in coca leaf tea stop the excessive red blood cell production (major side effect) which is caused by hypoxia.

Coca therefore, drastically slows down the symptoms of high altitude sickness and helps the body to slowly adjust to the high altitude environment of the mountains.

Conclusion

This is why coca tea medicine is so useful in the Andes and other stressful environments that demand strenuous physical labor.

Please take into account that most of the above research is based on observations and not the actual trial data done in a lab. What makes it even more convincing is that the people of Peru and Bolivia have been using this plant with great success for thousands of years.

More research is always welcomes, but with current laws and legalities on plant research, this could prove as a difficult task.

To your health and success,

Alex

Coca Tea The Fountain of Youth

November 18, 2019 By Coca Tea Express 8 Comments

Coca Tea The Fountain of Youth

Is coca tea the fountain of youth? Stick around because you are about to find out some fascinating facts about the world famous coca leaf tea.

Throughout history, the coca leaf and the entire coca plant in general has played a huge part in Bolivia, Peru and Colombia.

Coca Tea The Fountain of Youth

Attacks on Medicinal Plant?

Dr Jorge Hurtado explains that coca leaf can be an effective pain-relieving medicine but it is often blamed for all the wrong reasons. While the coca tea plant has been labelled as an evil and dangerous narcotic, there are no medical research papers and doctors that can back these false facts up medically. To demonstrate this in real life, it was discovered that forty years ago, when the Bolivian government tried to reduce and regulate coca tea chewing, it directly proved that workers could not work in the mines.

It clearly proved that during hard and intensive labor, miners heavily rely on chewing coca tea leaves to work in the mines. Coca tea chewing simply boosts energy and keeps the workers awake and alert. By not allowing these workers to chew coca, they could no longer be effective at their job. As a result, their overall production and work ethic took a big hit. By allowing once again for coca tea leaves to be chewed by the Bolivian miners as a daily regimen, these workers managed to stay more productive without becoming addicted to coca leaves.

“If you check the nutritional profile of the coca leaf, you will learn that it contains much more vitamins and minerals than quinoa grains. Coca also has roughly 25% more calcium than dairy milk”, said Hurtado. In Peru and Bolivia, coca tea powder is regarded as a food supplement, just like vitamin powders and tablets in United States and Europe.

There is absolutely no evidence or proof that chewing coca leaf tea powder is addictive. In fact, Bolivia has a large number of alcoholics compared to cocaine addicts. Coca leaves to cocaine is akin to comparing grapes to wine. Coca leaf may contain a small amount of cocaine alkaloids (less than 1%) but it never poses any problems unless hundreds of kilograms of dried coca leaves are chemically processed into cocaine.

Promotes Health & Longevity?

Procaine was discovered in 1949, this is a very similar chemical to the drug cocaine. Procaine was found to contain youth promoting properties, some even dubbed it as the “Fountain of Youth”.

When procaine was given to elderly patients, researchers discovered that it improved the response and condition of their muscles as well as whole body motion. Ana Aslan was the key researcher during discovery of the anti-aging effects of procaine. Soon after, the researchers used coca leaves to improve and boost people’s physical condition, health and their capabilities. Unlike other drugs such as heroin, morphine and cocaine, coca leaf does not cause any dependence or physical addiction.

So is coca tea the fountain of youth? Let’s research further.

What is also interesting is that coca leaf also relieves stomach pain, headaches and migraines.

Many people like to drink coffee after eating a meal, however, this is detrimental to our digestion and stomach health. Coffee has a direct effect on the lower opening passage in the stomach, it has a regulating effect on the passages between the top and bottom of the digestive tract. This causes many problems with digesting food.

Coca leaf tea, however, aids the stomach and promotes healthy digestion.

“I can give you more, a lot more uses for coca leaf as far as health benefits go, but this is still very controversial even if studies proved us right”, concluded Dr Hurtado.

Other Products?

As far as using coca leaf in other household items such as cosmetics, many companies have indeed added coca leaf extracts to soaps, shampoos and skim creams. International tourists can still get into trouble with local and international Customs and Border Control officers. “A friend of mine did not realize she had a coca leaf extract shampoo in her carry on backpack. While going through Bolivia Customs airport security, the police dogs began to look excited as she walked by.

Lucky for my friend, she was not in any big trouble, but they seized the coca leaf shampoo and quiet frankly, it was not the best experience to have while flying.” On another note, coca tea powder has been shown to prevent gum disease and tooth decay, hence why it is also added to certain Peruvian and Bolivian toothpaste.

Conclusion

Calling “Coca Tea The Fountain of Youth” is an extraordinary claim, however, so far all the evidence seems to back up this claim.

As I conclude my research about the history of coca tea uses and it’s impact on Bolivia and Peru, I clearly have realized that coca leaf represents something much bigger and broader here in the Andean region of Bolivia. With so many coca tea leaf products out there on the market, it certainly stimulates the local Bolivian economy.

Even though they have tried to cut down and even stop coca leaf production over the last few decades. it’s great to see the coca tea leaf industry in Bolivia is still very active and only growing larger, ready to expand further.
